There is a huge steel plate that covers what seems to be a pothole on the Clairmont road (southbound lane). Frequent and loud noises come from that steel plate everytime vehicles drive over that steel plate as it is a busy road. The road is adjacent to residential area (Highland Lake Apartment) so it must cause the same problem to other residents nearby as well. Specifically, my baby has been having hard time getting sleep because of the noise. I would like some measures to be taken to fix the problem as soon as possible.
