A. Every night the same homeless people set up camp behind Wells Fargo on the corner of 12th and Highland. In the morning they pack up camp and leave their junk in baskets lined up against the wall and sometimes against the fence on 12th next to the drive way and some nights there are several loiterers. I have observed drink and Women of the night loitering. I live very close and have to witness this daily.
