My apologies if I was off on the location of the pothole, but it seems to be on a city street. It is a lane that ultimately turns from Blue Ridge Road into Crabtree Mall, but I believe it is still a City issue. I could be wrong - I do not know the legalities of which entity (City/Mall) owns that particular lane.
It is not on the bridge further up Blue Ridge Road (which is State responsibility, I believe).
