This property has overgrown grass and weeds in the backyard as well as a collapsed above grown pool that is not empty and a breeding grown for bacteria. The ladder to the pool is still set-up, leaving a hazard. It is not only an eyesore from the town homes, but also a concern as to what is growing/living in the pool as well as in the safety of grass and weeds that have not been cut since mid-summer.
