I heard this argument this morning from my window - the homeless guy is nuts, very aggressive and was yelling at the lady in the wheelchair. I have been putting tickets on this homeless problem for two years. Its too close to other houses.. and its a main sidewalk to West Oakland and west bart station.

Keep reporting this. A public sidewalk that nobody can use but the homeless. Not good for Oakland

I thought the mayor was coming up with a plan.. Did she????
