I report this every other day!!!! I have several tickets open - two of them over 600 days old.. You have junk covering the sidewalk.. nobody can walk on the sidewalks!!! YOU have junk everywhere!!! Mattresses, bike parts, furniture - CLEAN IT UP!!!!! I AM NOT KIDDING ON THIS -

homeless encampment has taken over sidewalk - Garbage and junk all over the place REMOVE .. Homeless encampments surrounding the sidewalk in the area, have to walk on the streets.

Homeless encampment is blocking access to sidewalk. On both sides of Street ... they were told not to do this 1 month ago by the city due to wheelchair access by my niece.. yet they continue to block. They were also required to stay away from the underpass section of the sidewalk.

Clean up the encampment - trash, feces and urine smell. This has been reported over and over again for two years! Since City of Oakland cannot remove the encampment - why cannot this site be on a clean up schedule.

Encampment is just throwing garbage all over the place. Since the City has no balls to remove the encampment - They can at least cleanup after them. They are throwing garbage onto both Caltran property(over the fence), corner of 7th and Castro and homeowners yards that live around it. GET THEM OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GARBAGE IS PILING UP due to the growing homeless problem on 7th and Castro. I have done my part and asked Caltran to remove the trespassers behind the fence. City of Oakland has done @#$% - after numerous @#$% saying if Caltran removes the encampment behind the fence they would enforce the breakup of the encampment on 7th Street. Its been 8 months and all I have seen it grow and garbage start piling up along with feces and the smell of urine. They only thing cleaning it up is the Rain.. but the wind is now blowing garbage all over the street and into private property.

Encampment growing!! This is a major walkway to Bart - including several wheelchair using pedestrians. It has been reported several times to the City of Oakland. Trash is piling up on both the sidewalk and behind the fence. Caltran has repeatedly removed the encampment from there side. But "City of Oakland" refuses to remove them from there side. So they keep going back and growing. I am starting to think I should report this to the ADA and have them sue the city. I have several tickets over two years to provide them proof of your incompetence to rectify this matter.

Homeless encampment - The guy got aggressive when I asked him to move his stuff off the sidewalk so I could get my wheelchair off the street. I was heading to the west bart station with my daughter. I have reported this twice now, over the past two weeks.

Finally got City of Oakland / Caltran to remove the homeless encampment due to feces / trash and urine smell. Its been clean for a month - but a new encampment has sprung up and they are doing the same thing the old one did. TRASH - Urine - feces. Looks like the guy has been taking a dump on the sidewalk. REMOVE THEM.... I am getting tired of reporting this problem.

Caltran finally removed homeless encampment from under the underpass, but they are now blocking a main walkway. They are still throwing garbage over the fence. CalTran says they cannot enforce illegal dumping .. Oakland needs to move them.
