Our street is falling apart .At the bottom of our street which is a dead end and on a hill, there is a pot hole across the bottom and all the water stays there and freezes .The asphalt is so worn out that there is a water pipe sticking up . They patch it with cold patch and it doesn't work. There is also several sink holes form on the street one in front of my house
