Just a reminder: the SCF mobile app allows users to include a photo of the problem being reported--this can really help responders to understand the nature of the problem and act accordingly.

Also, please consider notifying your HOA manager and president about this issue.

This is against city code. HOA managers have nothing to do with city code. See click fix is an app to report city issues. WillP why do you take the time to post comments that are pointless? A photo isnt necessary.

Not to mention the city of raleigh already acknowledged this and is looking into it

Thanks City of Raleigh for taking care of this! The person has tooken it down. I saw them doing it, kind of them to follow the law now. This issue is fixed
