going north on Oakwood it now goes from 2 lanes to 1 so if both lanes go straight there might be a crash. there has always been a problem with people turning left to Tennessee because a lot don't us their turn signal. but you can kill two birds with one stone by making the left lane a left turn only. so people that turn onto Tennessee will stay in left lane and people going straight will be safer in the right lane
