Scenes like this photo can be found all over the northside. It's been 3 months since the storm in June and we need to know the plan to fix these hazardous conditions. Parents with strollers have no choice but to walk in the streets and after dark these holes and uprooted sidewalks are difficult to see. We are lucky our pedestrians haven't had a serious injury or accident but it's only a matter of time.

Monticello street was hit exceptionally hard in June. Some of us have repairs we need to make to our own walks but are hesitant to do so for fear the city will damage the new walks when they come in to fix the connecting sidewalks.

Enough is enough City of Richmond! Your tax paying citizens deserve better.
