Opis
Water heater dumped on yard and sidewalk, dumping used motor oil and gasoline in illegal containers open buckets and Tupper ware scattered by Hispanic males driving white Chrysler and Sonoma pickup. Dumping in storm drain and open lot across street. Send warning to property owner, occurs repeatedly. Fire and chemical Hazardous to public safety.
