This has been an ongoing problem. The tree in upper right hand corner continues to bow the street so the water backs ups and makes a large pond. It should flow north to the drain. I park in front of my house where the pond is and get my feet wet everyday. Just a small amount of rain will cause the pond to form. I am sorry to keep complaining but this problem will not go away. This is the second request for the same issue. The first request was submitted in June 2012, it was referred to Public Works for investigation. Unfortunately the resolution to this low point along this section of the road will most likely need be completed during the next overlay. However that said, our Surface Water division will continue to consider other possibe solutions.
