There is construction debris, trash, rocks, mattresses, and pallets left on this site regularly. 311 cleans it up, and it's back again the following week. We are across the street at Stenton Museum, and it is very difficult to maintain a visitor-friendly appearance when right outside our gate are large piles of garbage.
