The MassDOT and DCR is Getting Ready to Start a Project to Reconstruct Nonantum Road. The Project will Include Drainage Improvements, Full Depth Roadway Reconstruction, Installation of 4' Raised Median, Narrowing to one 11' Travel Lane in each Dirrection, 3' Shoulders, Reconstruction of Multi Use Path, Construction of Turn Lanes at major Intersections, New Lighting and Related Work. AR Belli Inc of Newton Has been Awarded the $7 Million Contract. Construction is Expected to Take 18-24 Months to Complete.
