reported a pothole at the corner of 28th and Broad. Instead of filling the hole, a orange and white barrel is sitting over the hole. This barrel has been in this location for over two months. right in front of the Hill Cafe on 28th Street and E. Broad.

This a cave in on the sewer line . This not a pothole. This belong to DPU sewer dept. They already know about the cave-in. thats why i close the ticket in pothole.
