Please correct the Neighborhood where these violations are occurring. #657 Elmwood Ave. and West Ferry is NOT Front Park. This is "Elmwood Village", as is Grenway Alley. The Red Trash can is the responsibility of the City of Buffalo after an "event" and they are responsible for pickup and disposal.
This weekend is the Elmwood Village Art Festival, so there should be lots of trash around.
If you want disgust, walk down Grenway Alley between Breckenridge and Auburn Streets. Filth abounds and private property owners do nothing to remedy the situation. Graffiti is occurring AGAINarage doors. Where's the City's Task Force on Graffiti?
Between Seven Eleven and the 770 Elmwood apartment fiasco is a walkway that is filled with dead rats and garbage. Whose responsibility is that?
