I PASSED 138 FRANK ST THIS AFTERNOON. ONE OF THE WINDOWS ON LEFT SIDE OF BUILDING HAS BEEN BROKEN. I CALLED POLICE 2 WEEKS AGO BECAUSE I OVERHEARD 7-8 PRETEENS TALKING ABOUT BREAKING IN. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY EVER CAME. THEY ARE ALSO USING UPPER LEFT SIDE OF BUILDING AGAIN FOR DUMPING. ISN'T THERE SOME WAY TO FORCE BANK TO INSTALL SECURITY SYSTEM?
