11/06/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with the water meter leaking in alley for 4 or so weeks has been double checked and this situation was formally submitted to Richmond Water Utilities (#20020869265) and prior inspection had taken place accordingly. A follow through is being conducted today to obtain information about estimated time of arrival for repair of this leak

11/15/2012 Richmond Utilities Management has begun looking into the matter. It has been determined that the service will need to be relocated away from the tree and renewed. The customer was made aware of this fact -
