What happens after we report an issue? Anything?

I can contact the Board of Health, however, I was hoping to inspire some action taken through this app. Otherwise, what is the point of the app? I can just look up the phone numbers. I tried to submit in the "unsanitary restaurant" category but it doesn't seem to let me add a description of the problem on the sidewalk. What category do I report an issue with this app? Maybe the categories and assigning the issues thing isn't working well?

RRC, you need to reroute this. Commerce wasn't the right department which was more or less an internal comment to the RRC Rep that assigned it incorrectly. Time to get on top of this and get it to the right desk or at least acknowledge hat you've doe so.

This remains an issue. Walking past here now and the street smells of waste. Talde should spray the sidewalk down with bleach.
