Daily dumping of mud in gutter.

Branches are still in roadway!!! Almost caught fire during 4th of July. Homeowner refuses to remove. Has added trash/debris to pile. Unable to turn around in court due to obstruction.

Pile keeps getting bigger!!!

Pile of trash has been sitting at the end of our street for almost one month and Sacramento County has done nothing!

Illegal Dumping

374.3. (a) It is unlawful to dump or cause to be dumped any waste matter in or upon any public or private highway or road, including any portion of the right-of-way thereof, or in or upon any private property into or upon which the public is admitted by easement or license, or upon any private property without the consent of the owner, or in or upon any public park or other public property other than property designated or set aside for that purpose by the governing board or body having charge of that property.

(be) It is unlawful to place, deposit, or dump, or cause to be placed, deposited, or dumped, any rocks, concrete, asphalt, or dirt in or upon any private highway or road, including any portion of the right-of-way thereof, or any private property, without the consent of the owner, or in or upon any public park or other public property, without the consent of the state or local agency having jurisdiction over the highway, road, or property.

Sacramento County fix our street!

Trash pile grows bigger daily! Eye sore to the community! Trash cans NEVER removed from street.

DAILY dumping of mud into the storm system! What happens when it starts to rain a the storm drains are plugged with dirt?
