Your notice that I am to be congratulated because my complaint has been closed is not very reassuring. So, I am not going to "feel free to say 'thanks,'" even though I have been awarded 85 "civic points."
I am guessing that the graffiti has actually been removed, because the city usually does a good job of responding to such complaints, but because of the generic nature of the notice, and the absence of any actual information, I don't know that's the case.
I like the fact that I can take a picture and send it in via phone, but the app's follow-up is pretty disappointing. Would I be correct in assuming that the city is paying whatever company operates "ClickFix" a significant amount of money to provide this service? Surely we can do better than this.
