We have found ads and have complained in last year to the building dept. But this is one of 2 illegal rooming houses...the grass is waste high. They start illegal construction in the back which is the side of a mountain and most def. needs permits. This place is for LCI, the building dept and zoning...need one city person to head that up and handle it.....if you are reading this and are from the city...you may be our champion....please get this place under control.
