In the alley Behind 2908 8th St NE. Half in alley, Half in yard. Two slashed tires. Has not moved in 6 months or more. Dangerous. Target of vandalism and theft and rodent habitat. Parked next to Red Van that is also abandoned and has a homeless person living in it. Attention required immediately. Tags Expired July 2015. Please ticket and tow.
