Tree on parkway south of this property completely dead after every storm or wind gust big chunks of the branches constantly falling off and blocking roadway due to the state it is in . The homeowners won't file appropriate paperwork with city to get tree taken down . Can the city do something to notify the proper principals to rid the neighborhood of this problem .
