Update: The health department paid a visit and the garbage has been moved to the curb for removal tomorrow.

Occupant will not take garbage to curb. Her father bagged up six months worth of garbage, 14 39 gal bags from her 20' x 30' backyard two weeks ago. She is adding to the pile and the animals are tearing it all up again. The building inspector has been out twice and the garbage is still there and yes she has water, therfore garbage pickup.
