Description

The city cut down the tree on the tree lawn. There has been a stump there since. If the city can dig and what not on the tree lawn shouldn't they be responsible for the stump. I have been trying to keep the yard and house looking nice to help up keep our street and I just feel like I shouldn't be responsible for the stump.
