Street light at corner of Wilmot and Highland blinks on and off all night. It either constantly flickers on and off or it will turn on, slowly ramp up in brightness over the course of a minute then abruptly turn off for a minute or so.

I got a 'reminder' email from SCF asking me if the problem was still open. It's impossible for me to check during the daytime, but as of 2-3 nights ago the light was still acting the same.
