This is the second time tires were dumbed here in the past month....I am thinking it is someone in that building doing this....and the carriage....we never had an issue on that end of the street before....it was usually in the wooded area. Unless they spotted my cams

Tires were picked up but the carriage was just moved across the street in the wooded state park area next to a garage...but it is still state park...not sure if PW did this or someone on the street did this because it was taking so look to remove it. Please come and get this carriage...it is now across the street from 16 Rock Street a few feet in the wooded area
