Description

these are two areas on River Road, one closer to Kalus and the other one by the River Road gate to River Ridge Apartments (please see photo of two areas)
The issue by Kalus is a trip hazard-cracked concrete on sidewalk, the issue close to the Gate to the apartments is also cracked concrete which has exposed rebar.
