Still ever present issue

No one seems to enforce illegal. Vans that pick up people for a fee I guess when there is an accident or death then responses will happen sad where are police or the t&c police it is not a hidden practice

The dollar vans are not stopped by the police nor the t & c police dangerous and insurance doubtful
