A rental property was vandalized numerous times between June and September. It was obvious it was the neighbor because everyone knows she's off her rocker. But Notes were left calling a handicapped ychild "retard" and "@#$% not autistic". Loud teens coming and going all hours and drugs and alcohol were observed. Regardless wrong of choices made by adults...leave innocent kids alone.
