Still yet another post about the school speed limit signals flashing at odd times (not during school hours). The computer control of these signals needs to be looked into...again. Friday night one of the signals was flashing at around 7pm and the other was not. Other times the other side will flash at some other odd time. This has been going on for at least the last couple years, where it may work for some period of time correctly and then it goes back to functioning at odd times/days again.
