Resident is keeping roosters that wake up the neighborhood. They can be heard in phone calls at my tenent's home office and are getting her in trouble at work. Animal control and LCI were contacted by phone without reply. A few months ago we had the same problem and it took multiple LCI visits to get the problem resolved. Now they are back! They also get loose and inhabit neighbor's yards and city sidewalks from time to time.
