I live in the 1500 block of D Street NE on the North side and my car is located in my drive way. The alley entrance behind me between 15th and 16th street is block because of the plowing that has taken place. Please have DPW clear the alley entrance so that my neighbors and I can have access to 15th street or 16th street. See attached photo. Thanks.
