I am finally moving out of this place - Merrit Station a company based out of New York, has taken over the old Meetinghouse Village apartments. The building I am in is infested with roaches, new windows leak, storage areas broken into. Mold, dirty hallways and the list goes on. I pay 1020. a month and they say they are Luxury apartments....I've been in luxury apartments for cheaper prices. The city really needs to look into this place. Roaches, mold, filth and the manager there is useless and not a nice person to deal with. I doubt I will get my security deposit back. They want to nickel and dime you for cleaning and expect carpets to be cleaned also, which wasnt written in the lease. Think twice before signing here.
