This vacant property at 138 Frank Street has a rear lot that is on Clover Place. This spot has been a dump site for the past 6 years and has to be constantly monitored and abated. I first reported the dump in November, then twice more in December as it was not abated and was drawing MORE DUMPING. It is now January 15, 2016 .... 60 days past the original post, and the garbage is still there. This is a private property matter that has become a PUBLIC NUISANCE, and needs to be addressed...IMMEDIATELY as the garbage is now spilling onto the PUBLIC SIDEWALK. So I believe that it is no longer a Private Property issue and it can be addressed by Public Works/LCI ... and the property owner cited.
