Opis

In 2009, the city planted a tree in the planting area adjacent to our property (official letter dated Jan 12th 2009). The type of tree was supposed to be a dogwood. It now appears a oak of some kind was instead planted and the tree is fast reaching the power line above. It could also represent a hazard to the water line it was planted nearby. The tree probably needs to be removed before it gets to big and start damaging the sidewalk and/or the below ground pipes. The tree would need to be replaced to provide shade and the buffer described in the letter.
