Waste Industries is still picking up garbage cans for Hayes Barton Apartments at 5:40 am. Issue #2044432 was 'closed' after the City said this had been discussed with Waste Industries. The company obviously ignored that agreement. Garage trucks were picking up cans from the apartment complex and slamming them back down again at 5:40 am this Monday morning. I called and left a message with Captain Klein of RPD.
