There are many potholes on the Blount Street Corridor near Franklin and Peace College heading toward the Governor's Mansion. I blew out 2 tires in 1 pothole last year - that had already been reported - and although I filed a claim with the State DOT, they refused to pay it. I know this is a state road but am letting people know that this road is still incredibly hazardous. Can you remind me about how to report to the state? I'd also like to know how best to encourage the State DOT to coordinate with municipal staffs on this issue. Thanks!
