Descripción
Large deciduous tree dropping limbs on street. Tree covered most of the way up in ivy; might be slowly dying as limbs drop often. May be on city property as it's next to mailboxes. Branches are large enough and high enough to injure or kill someone. Please check to see if tree needs maintenance.
