Debris on sidewalk. Homeowner on SE corner of Midway/Candler has placed yard debris over the sidewalk. Some is in bags. Some is loose. Children walk here and this is a very dangerous roadway. Please communicate clearly to homeowner that yard debris and waste must not block sidewalks. It is a much-used route to school.
