The intersection was monitored and all is functioning properly at this time. However, it was noted that vehicles were stopping past the stopbar (solid white line across lane) and the detection loops are located behind that bar. When vehicles are off the detection , they will not be serviced until a vehicle is stopped on the loop. This is the same for all turning movements
