For the longest time, this streetlight comes on for only like 5 seconds then turns right off, taking a whole minute to come back on again for another 5-second duration. From this streetlight to the stop sign 75 feet away, it's complete darkness. Everyone knows to stop at the sign, but it can hardly be seen.
