The city needs to paint Yellow Curb and/or place "No Parking" signage to prevent parking in the bike lanes on both sides of Commerce Dr leading up to the light at West Howard. Whenever there is an event at or around Decatur High School, cars are parking in the bike lane up to this intersection. Decatur Police says they can not ticket cars unless the city properly identifies it as a "No Parking Zone", even though this is clearly a case of improper parking due to blocking bike lane use; which obviously is dangerous for cyclists and contrary to having bike lanes in the first place.
