Inspector A. Jackson issued a violation for the POD in the city right of way on 9/30/15. The POD was removed on Friday, October 2, 2015.

I was NOT reporting the POD in the street, even though that is apparently a violation. My report clearly referenced the PLANT OVERGROWTH that is hanging out into the street on the right side of the pic. As I understand it, owners are required to trim back plants and trees that grow out into streets and sidewalks. If this is true, then this issue has NOT been dealt with yet.
