Fully, agree. It is not just abnormally loud but extremely loud, especially when large trucks pass over the area. Enough to startle our household awake, even with the windows closed!
Would greatly appreciate this being fixed as soon as possible. I live just a few doors down from the intersection of E and 17th SE.
