As a member of the Ampthill Heights Community Civic Association i would very much appreciate this being addressed a soon as possible. We have had this issue with a boarded up house on Walmsley Blvd as well. Our area is full of rental property and this is just one of the many issues we have to deal with on a daily basis. Our Association tries to keep ahead of this sort of thing, but our membership is very minimal with little interest from the neighborhood. With the large number of rental property with most of the renters being Hispanic, they seem to have no regard for their property or anyone else's.
