Description

The 7th street exit off I-94 is going to cause fatalities due to massive commuter backup -- AND IT IS TOTALLY PREVENTABLE. The island that blocks traffic at the top of the ramp must be immediately be removed and would cost next to nothing -- 2 days work max. It would allow 3 lanes to exit the ramp continuously.
