This happens very frequently due to big trucks and likely small trucks (and plows during the winter) when they run over the curb on the inside of the turn. Told the borough several times about it and nothing happens. They might come out and put the caps back in place and then put cones up. The same then happens in the near future. This is a recurring problem that can't be fixed by cones. Does someone have to break their leg (or a child fall in) in order to get the borough's attention on this?
Also this is not the only corner this happens at. Any sewer position at a corner is liable to (and does) create the same risk to our beloved pedestrian community members.
