This vehicle has a flat tire, broken mirrors, is leaking oil into the ground and is obstructing proper traffic in the back alley. There is weeds growing all around it. The owner had it towed during the last snow storm and the car hasn't been usable since then. The oil is leaking in the ground which is a pollutant and can be dangerous for wild life and pets around the neighborhood. The battery might leak acid which is a hazard as well. This vehicle needs to be taken away for safety.
